Who is Who in French basketball Today when people talk about the who is who in French basketball, Tony Parker who plays in the NBA with San Antonio Spurs is one of the first names on the list. Ronny Turiaf is another name that is frequently mentioned. However there are a lot more people involved in basketball at all levels from senior administrators in the French Federation, coaches, players, ex-players, historians, website owners and writers.
