Gomis' senior international basketball season has come to an abrupt end Emilie Gomis' senior international basketball season came to an end with about 90 seconds left to play against Brazil on Saturday, 18 September 2010.The full extend of the injury to her right knee has not been communicated. But it is clear that she is not able to participate in the 16th edition of the FIBA World Championship for Women. She is the second player after Sandrine Gruda to be withdrawn from the French team. Johanne Gomis will join the team as her replacement on Tuesday, 21 September when they leave for the Czech Republic.
