Open LFB Basket and the City 5 after-match commentsLady Comfort (left), who joined Villeneuve d'Ascq during the second part of last season, is really happy to have signed for the club for this year.
She explained that her happiness for the win although they had things to work on, they needed to focus on their mistakes but as a team they were improving and the win was good.
In addition she was looking forward to work with the new players on the team.
Last season Jolene Anderson (right) was the new kid from the block after completing her University career with Wisconsin and a spell in the WNBA.
With seven new players in the team this season she finds herself as one of the senior members of the roster. She leaves the Open LFB 2009 with a perfect record of 2-0 and had a few words to say about the team and this season.
She said the she was really excited, it was a young team with just three players from last season, so they were still in the process of learning together. The victory was good and it was time for the team to move on from there and to hopefully have a good season.
