Anaël Lardy enjoys the Ligue Féminine de Basketball’s opening day in Paris and leaves this edition with her winning streak intact after Challes-les-Eaux came out on top against Nantes-Rezé. She won a gold medal at EuroBasket Women 2009 with France and then had two successful seasons with Bourges Basket. She added a French Cup and LFB championship medal to her already rich collection of silverware. In the video Lardy says that the Open LFB is an exceptional event that should not be changed and that she has been lucky enough to have participated five times. She goes on to explain that she is honoured to be playing at Challes-les-Eaux this season and believes the club offers her the spring board for reaching her objectives. She needs to work on certain aspects of her game because she already has plenty of court time. However with her ambitions of playing for France and making the Olympic team playing for Aldo Corno and Challes is going to help her in moving up to the next level.
