Maja Miljkovic joins Tarbes
Maja Miljkovic renforce la formation de Tarbes

Tarbes have decided to strengthen their roster for the Ligue Féminine de Basketball (LFB) and EuroLeague Women by signing Serbian international Maja Miljkovic for the rest of the season.

Miljkovic was signed by Bourges Basket last season and added a French championship medal to her collection.

In the LFB she played in 30 games and finished with an average of 4.8 points per game while dishing out 2.8 assists. She also played in 15 games during the EuroLeague Women competition where she scored 6.3 points per game while averaging 2.4 assists.

She started this season with ZKK Partizan (Belgrade) in the Adriatic League and played in two games.

She has been added to the team roster to strengthen the back court options of the team as well as a back-up of Florence Lepron and her former team-mate at Bourges Basket Paoline Salagnac.

Maja Miljkovic revient dans la Ligue Féminine de Basket en France

L'ex-meneuse berruyère Maja Miljkovic se retrouve avec une ancienne partenaire Paoline Salagnac de Bourges dans l'équipe de Tarbes pour toute la saison.

Miljkovic, une jeune internationale serbe, mesurant 1,75 m, avait évolué à Vigo en Espagne pendant deux ans avant de joindre EuroLeasing Sopron en Hongrie. En 2010-2011 elle avait gagné le championnat avec les Tangos.

Cette saison, elle a démarré au Partizan Belgrade, marquant 6,5 points et pointant 1 passe décisive en deux matchs de Ligue Adriatique.
