The 23rd edition of the EuroLeague Women (ELW) basketball tournament is scheduled to run from 6 November 2013 until 13 April 2014.
The format remains the same as the previous season (2012-13) with a group phase (regular season), a play-off round (knock out) and a Final 8.
2013 ELW champions UMMC Ekaterinburg qualified directly for the competition finale as hosts of the Final 8.
With 20 teams registered for the competition, the teams are divided into two groups of seven teams and one group of six.
This means that after 114 matches during the regular season, just five teams will be eliminated.
The 2014 European club season tipped off with the FIBA Europe Super Cup which was won by UMMC Ekaterinburg (72-63) against Dynamo Moscow.
Practically all the games will be broadcast live this season and depending on media rights some matches may be streamed on our web-tv page. However it is possible to follow the play-by-play live actions of the matches here.
