FIBA EuroLeague Women and Eurosport working together FIBA Europe made an announcement that EuroLeague women matches will be broadcasted by Eurosport 2.The games will be shown live or on delay starting from Tuesday, 27 January 2009. Eurosport have also acquired the rights for the final four. Eurosport shows programmes in 46 countries in Europe using 11 languages. Eurosport Asia Pacific will also broadcast the competition outside Europe in the following countries: Australia, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Brunei, Fiji and the Maldives. The defending champions Spartak Moscow Region match on Tuesday, 27 January 2009 against ZVVZ USK Prague will be the first game shown. On Friday, 30 January 2009 Gambrinus Brno will host Bourges Basket which will be also shown by Eurosport. We will be updating the tv schedule on this site.
