This game had been pushed forward while both teams were still engaged in the EuroLeague Women competition. It counts for round 20.
The victory for Tarbes gives them a two-game advantage over Bourges in the chase for the regular season title and a ticket for EuroLeague Women basketball next season.
Bourges still remain in second place.

Tarbes got past Bourges with Isabelle Yacoubou-Dehoui doing most of the damage
Tarbes scored first through former Bourges Basket player Florence Lepron. Fatimatou Sacko, Isabelle Yacoubou-Dehoui and Anne Breitreiner all scored as Tarbes led early on (12-4).
Bourges first went inside and started to bring the score down. Then Pierre Vincent changed his tactics by going for the speed of Anäel Lardy and Paoline Salagnac.
He was rewarded with Lardy firing 6 points and Salagnac bringing his side to within 2 points by the end of the first quarter (19-21).
Yacoubou-Dehoui (left) continued her festival for Tarbes at the start of the second quarter with her 12th point of the game.
However Bourges were level for the first time with 12 minutes played with Jennifer Digbeu (back in picture) scoring (23-23).
Both teams traded basket for basket for the rest of the quarter with Bourges Basket going into the interval ahead (35-33) while the home ground booed the officials as they went to the locker room.
Tarbes scored the first 10 points to the third quarter to complete a 12-0 run (43-38) to regain the lead.
Bourges did not panic and outscored their hosts 9-3 to go into the final quarter with the advantage (47-46).
François Gomis was not pleased with his team's performance at the end of the third quarter. He did not hide his displeasure as his side prepared for the final quarter.
Then Yacoubou-Dehoui scored almost immediately and also won a free-throw which she also scored.
Emméline Ndongue brought the teams level once more (49-49) with eight minutes remaining.
With Breitreiner starting the riot with 5 points (which included a trey), Tarbes went on the offensive.
Frida Eldebrink and Pauline Jannault both connected from beyond the arc as Tarbes moved 10 points clear (60-50) with just over four minutes left to play.
Ndongue and Styliani Kaltsidou, both 12 points, brought Bourges to within 4 points (56-60) with just over two minutes to play.
Lepron then went on a solo run and scored to put Tarbes back in charge. Yacoubou-Dehoui made the game safe for the hosts with her 27th point (66-58) with 30 seconds left to play.
Bourges were unable to get anything going in the last 30 seconds and the game was gone.
Yacoubou-Dehoui was the player of the match with 27 points and 13 rebounds while Breitreiner scored 13 points.
